Job Spec:
Job Title: Brands and Communications Manager
Business: Fintech company , 100 employees approximately
Location: Cheshire
Salary: Up to £35k + up to 10% annual bonus (based on company and individual performance)
Job Description: We are currently recruiting for a Brands & Communications Manager to join a dynamic marketing team of 8 people approximately.
The primary focus of the role is two fold including brand awareness across four of the company's brands and Communications, both internal & external. Successful candidate will be highly organised, driven, creative with excellent interpersonal skills. The role will report & assist the Marketing Director .
Main duties and responsibilities:
Daily management of organic Social Media Posts & Content including social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn
Responsibility for Internal Communications for the business, increasing the level of employee engagement and recognition
B2B marketing co-ordination including CRM Comms, Social Media etc.
Daily research management, agency (PR & Creative) & freelancer management
Ability to maintain existing external & internal relationships and ability to forge new relationships which make commercial sense for the business
Detail-orientated to ensure brand consistency
Responsibility for internal communications ensuring the improvement of employee recognition & engagement
Assisting the product team on updating and maintaining the websites
Driving traffic to the websites
Education & Background:
Candidates minimum of 3 years experience in e-commerce essential
Proven experience in at least 2 of the following work-streams (Social Media, Creative, PR, Agency Management)
Experience of work stream management tools essential. Experience in Trello/Monday is preferable.
Proven experience in delivering presentations to senior management and divisions.
Previous experience of MailChimp an advantage.
Previous brand tracking experience is valuable.
