Bid Manager | Professional Services | Liverpool/Manchester
We are currently recruiting for a high profile professional services firm with offices throughout the UK. They have an exceptional reputation as a leading employer in their sector and are about to embark on their next stage of growth.
As part of this growth strategy hiring an experienced strategic Bid Manager is key. As Bid Manager you will control, develop and manage the firm's tender and pitching process in conjunction with the wider Bid team .You will act as a coach supporting partners across the firm
Responsibilities will include:
*Monitoring resources for emerging bids across sectors and regions to identify sales pipeline for key prospects
*Develop and implement an effective bid process for the firm educating partners on best practice and procedure
*Co-ordinate and produce bids and pitches including panel reviews with the wider BD team
*Manage content and production of all bid and presentation documentation
*Provide coaching and mentoring support for partners on bids, pitches and presentations
The successful candidate will have:
*At least 5 years Business development/Bids experience , minimum 2 years in Professional Services
*A proven track record of writing content /content management
*Strong communication and influencing skills
*Excellent Project management skills
