Bid Executive |Professional Services | London We are looking to recruit an exceptional Bid Executive for an innovative and high profile global Professional Services firm. You will help support strategic pitches, bids and tender projects that deliver successful responses effectively and efficiently. The Bid Executive will support the pitch and proposal process, from initiation to implementation, to ensure a professional and polished delivery. You will take full ownership of transactional bids, and will assist the Bids Managers who focus on the firms Sector aligned and strategic bids. Key responsibilities: *Providing full bid management support on a range of bids *Project management - managing the bids process from start to finish *Input to bid strategy - working with bid teams to identify key themes and messages *Creative input to proposal documentation - producing high quality documents (document and interview stage) *Client engagement - at scoping and debrief *Working closely with the Bid Managers on larger bids *Taking responsibility for managing pre-qualification stage - qualifying the opportunity, managing Partners and other stakeholders through this stage and producing the complete response *Working alongside more senior members of the team throughout presentation stage, contributing to rehearsals and taking ownership of supporting materials
As well as providing support to the firm on live opportunities, the Bids Executive will be involved in projects to drive best practice and continually improve the materials available to the firm for bids.
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES The successful candidate will have either a bids or wider marketing/BD background within Professional services/Business services.The ability to work to deadlines and attention to detail is essential. You will have strong word, excel and good design skills. Attention to detail is key
