Business Development Associate Director - Private Equity
My Client is a high profile professional services firm with a reputation for innovation and exceptional career progression. They are looking to recruit a Client Executive to be responsible for delivering exceptional client service to Private Equity clients. You'll understanding the clients key Investment criteria, leveraging the firm's capabilities to support them as they identify, invest, transform and exit businesses. Aligning with portfolio management/Fund to drive new business opportunities to grow revenue and to deepen customer relationships.
Key responsibilities:
*Initiate, build and sustain exceptional client relationships at the most senior level - Develop and execute the account plans to develop critical business relationships across the account.

*Delivering global results as well as personal sales and pipeline targets. You'll spend approximately 80% of your time leading by example by being externally focused and engaging with the client and delivering exceptional client experience.

*Act as a proxy for the Global Client Relationship Partner both internally and externally with the client

*Global account strategy and sales leadership: Drive revenue, sales and relationships on multiple key accounts

*Opportunity Management - Act as a strategic advisor to the Leadership and account team on global pipeline execution, review/plan deal review and negotiation strategies.

The successful candidate :
*7+ years of business development experience in the professional services and solutions arena. A proven record of selling complex services and solutions.
*Experience of working within the Private Equity sector as well as Knowledge/Experience of the Technology/Software market would be an advantage

*Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization

*Strong Executive presence. Expert influencing skills. Solid understanding of the marketplace/industry, competitive and account information.

*Strong business/commercial acumen, experience of Transactions/M&A and an understanding of major industry sector trends
