£40-45k + depending on experience

This is a great opportunity for an integrated Account Director (with great digital know-how) to join an independent agency situated in Manchester's buzzing Northern Quarter. You should bring bags of creativity and be strategically focussed, taking lead on the delivery of key campaigns for clients.

As someone with plenty of experience working in digital communications, you will be just as good at the doing as you are at the thinking - and you will thrive working with clients from the UK and overseas, making results your number one passion.

The role itself is a hands-on opportunity for the right person to take client briefs and turn them into target-smashing, award-winning multichannel campaigns that play to the agency's strengths (they've always been known for content-driven communications) as well as embracing new media, formats and channels.

Working with multichannel experts across disciplines as diverse as content marketing, SEM, eCRM and digital advertising, you'll naturally be experienced enough to understand the uses and strengths of each channel - and pull together a campaign strategy that is greater than the sum of its parts.

From initial creative ideation to resourcing the delivery, you'll be able to make campaigns your own, do things your way and enjoy the warm glow of hitting commercial goals with work that people love.

Must-haves
*Hands-on experience planning, delivering and evaluating multichannel digital campaigns across disciplines such as SEO/PPC, organic and paid social media, influencer marketing, video and inbound/content marketing
*A proven track record in client-facing roles, having been responsible for running multiple projects and campaigns in a digital or creative marketing agency environment
*Excellent ability to take briefs and turn them into campaigns and activations that clients - and their customers - will love, drawing on the strengths of in-house and external teams
*Calm, motivated people person who thrives with responsibility and always sets the example in putting clients first and finding new and exciting ways to use digital content and communications to reach audiences
*Good pitching ability - you will enjoy communicating your ideas to clients, winning their buy-in, then getting your vision across internally to ensure successful delivery
*Highly organised, with amazing written and verbal communications skills and a love of working with and being around people

Nice-to-haves
*Background in content production or management for web and/or social media, or similar roles
*Experience and understanding of the wider commercial workings of a digital comms agency
*Ability to both resource AND motivate teams and partners to deliver your campaign vision on time and on budget
*Certifications across relevant platforms such as Google and HubSpot
