Giving employees MORE paid time off? Leave it out!

There appears to be a growing number of posts on social media at the moment, relating to the HR profession. TikTok especially seems saturated with content branding HR departments as ‘evil’, ‘backstabbing’, and ‘only there to protect the company, not the employee.’

​In 2021, we should all be looking at how to make our businesses more equitable and accessible to everyone. Equity, Diversity and Inclusion is the talk of HR and management teams up and down the country, but it is so much more than race, gender, or sexuality.

My journey with George House Trust started, like most things, with my network. I’m delighted to be a part of such an incredible HR community, one of whom was fundraising for GHT.
