The window films they create and install have various benefits. For businesses, specific films keep out heat, prevent glare and contain anti-shatter properties. In addition to enhancing a building’s safety and comfort, the company also produces decorative films to create inspirational offices. The Window Film Company is a B2C business too as the firm fashions printed patterns and frosted film for homeowners.
Recently, Micky and his team decided to ignite further growth for the business with a new hire and looked to Adam for support in recruiting a new marketing manager. We recently got in touch with the The Window Film Company Managing Director to learn more about his experience of working with Leon, Adam’s founder.

“At the time, our current marketing team comprised of a marketing and communications manager and a part-time marketing director. To drive our business forward, we needed an additional expert to take control of the department and oversee all our marketing strategies.
We were looking for a commercially-minded marketing manager who could handle a reasonably-sized budget and had experience in both B2B and B2C. The successful candidate had to be knowledgeable and agile enough to work for a fast-moving business with the ability to expertly manage others. A thorough understanding of the transformative digital climate was also essential to sustain our company’s growth.”
Leon helped Micky develop an attractive and fitting job description to put out digitally.
“We knew roughly the type of applicants we were looking for but we didn’t have a concrete job description to hand. Leon helped us create and publish an advert online that gained lots of attention from high-quality candidates in the area”
The Final Four
