Location: Manchester (hybrid)

Salary: £35k to £40k DOE

Fixed Term Contract: 6 month FTC with potential for longer - Immediate Start

 

We’re on the lookout for an experienced Campaign Manager to lead the US launch for our new client, a high-end sustainable bedding and e-commerce business.

You'll be a hands-on owner of the entire process, from creating briefs and coordinating creatives to launching ads and reporting on results. You'll work with internal teams, agencies, and creators to ensure all deliverables are on-brand and on time, with a focus on performance.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the US marketing plan for August-September, coordinating across paid media, Amazon, influencers, email, and landing pages.
  • Create clear briefs for our client’s media, creative, and influencer partners, ensuring all messaging is consistent and on-brand for the US market.
  • Manage timelines and deliverables, proactively resolving issues and keeping the campaign on schedule.
  • Lead the Meta ad campaigns in partnership with their agency, including weekly check-ins and calendar management.
  • Optimise product pages and content across both the client's website and Amazon.
  • Manage Amazon Sponsored Ads, from briefing creative to tracking performance.
  • Lead influencer partnerships from start to finish, including outreach, briefing, shipping, and tracking.
  • Secure user-generated content for ad testing and brief creators for upcoming campaigns.
  • Track and report on key KPIs such as revenue, ROAS, and customer acquisition cost.
  • Prepare weekly performance summaries for leadership, highlighting key insights and next steps.
  • Lead the planning for September and October, booking creative resources and finalising the media plan.
  • Coordinate new content for the autumn and holiday seasons, ensuring the team is aligned on all campaign milestones.

 

Key Skills

  • At least 3 years' experience in a marketing or e-commerce role, with a proven track record of running successful digital campaigns from start to finish.
  • Experience with Meta Ads, Amazon Ads, influencer content, and e-commerce marketing.
  • Excellent copywriting and briefing skills; you can write clear, concise briefs for creative teams and influencers, and you're confident in writing compelling product copy.
  • A highly organised and proactive person, great at managing multiple deadlines and staying on top of all the moving parts.
  • A fantastic communicator who can build strong relationships with agencies, creators, and internal teams.
  • Competent with key marketing tools such as Google Sheets, Meta Ads Manager, Amazon platforms, and e-commerce tools like Shopify or Klaviyo.
