Here at Adam, we seek to identify a stand-out Talent & Development professional for this market leading, well known industrial services provider.
With over 800 employees, this organisation is headquartered in the North West and also a multi-site presence throughout the UK. Joining a small, but perfectly formed, wider HR team; this high profile role will report to the HR Director and will lead a team in the design and implementation of a contemporary talent and leadership development strategy.
The successful candidate will be agile in their approach, able to demonstrate significant operational management experience in a talent and leadership development role combined with the strategic knowhow of how to implement cohesive & progressive talent programmes.
Key responsibilities will include: devising a talent & development strategy in line with the needs of the business, cultivating a positive culture of learning at all levels throughout the business, enhancing talent succession, apprenticeship and performance management & careful management of external providers in their delivery of enhanced development programmes.
With relevant experience from within a commercial, values based business, you will possess excellent knowledge in the design, implementation & evaluation of development initiatives especially across succession planning, performance, leadership development & young talent programmes. Of key importance is your ability to work within a high change environment & adapt to the needs of the business.
