Tell me about the role?
Joining a small but perfectly formed HR team, as Talent Acquistion manager you will be working with likeminded colleagues who are hugely passionate, know what they need to do and how to do it with that team minded & values driven approach.
Working in partnership with the business & acting as a true resourcing business partner, you will support key stakeholders and wider colleagues as the “go to” person for talent attraction advice & best practice.
In collaboration with the business, you will be accountable for bringing to life their talent attraction strategy. Key to your success will be creating meaningful relationships with your stakeholders, setting expectations & providing advice. You will have a diverse range of resourcing tools and techniques at your disposal plus the “know how” of what to use & when to access the best available talent; plus the ability to provide management information to support business decisions.
In addition to talent attraction, there will be the opportunity to undertake wider HR talent & attraction project work.
What they are looking for?
As a talent acquisition specialist, you will have a proven track of success either from an in-house resourcing function or perhaps a recruitment agency background. You will be accustomed to taking a brief and delivering the desired results in a timely manner using a range of techniques & tool to source high calibre talent who are both a cultural fit and have the right technical expertise. Previous experience of resourcing “hard to fill” or niche roles will be highly preferable – such as digital marketing, technology, sales specific or corporate roles where a measured value added recruitment campaign will be required.
