Senior Planner (Integrated Agency – Fintech)
£50,000 – £70,000 DOE
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to join one of the biggest and brightest integrated agencies in London as a Senior Planner – they bring digital, experiential and creative ideas to life.
You will be working across one of the biggest accounts within the agency and will help shape the marketing strategy of one of the world’s most iconic brands. The client is in the technology and financial services sector so the right candidate will have a clear vision for how to help drive behavioural change, predominantly for UK products and services. There will also be opportunities to help develop the agency’s expansion into the European and Global marketplace.
You should be an experienced Planner who wants to encourage clients to think bigger through insight and creativity. There’s already a very high standard of award-winning campaigns and initiatives for you to continue delivering on, ensuring consistency and excellence always.
Whilst you will be predominantly working on one main client, ultimately you should be able to influence the whole business. In addition to your main client, you will be spending time assisting the wider strategic team when needed (based in London and Amsterdam) and providing support on new business pitches.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
*5 years plus experience as a Planner/Strategist at a senior management level
*Prior experience in relevant industry (agency, financial services, technology etc.)
*Enthusiasm, stamina, determination and perseverance
*Confidence and excellent interpersonal skills
*Ability to thrive in a fast paced, high pressured and collaborative environment
*Presentation and verbal communication skills
*Understanding of brands, customer behaviour, channels, research and data
*Creativity and imagination
*Effective analytical and organisational abilities
*Curiosity, and a strong interest in people
*Able to share skills through regular train sessions
*Shrewd common sense and commercial awareness
*Excellent Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Word skills plus excellent English – written & verbal
*Keen eye for detail
