Senior HRBP

A true leader, our client is a well-established organisation that provides a diverse range of specialist services. They are now embracing significant restructures, which will strengthen their existing service offering, alongside providing innovative & essential new services.

As Senior HRBP, you will be a key driver of HR strategy, working closely with a dedicated team of HR professionals to deliver best practice & innovative HR generalist service. Additionally, in line with business values & vision, as Senior HRBP you will work closely with senior management to drive and enhance organisational effectiveness. A key focus of this HRBP role will be to manage the delivery of an integrated plan across people, process and service workstreams, and ensuring the wider HR team is equipped with an contemporary & value added HR toolkit.

They are seeking a highly commercial individual with the flair to create visionary HR practices and the pragmatism to implement them across diverse business areas. To succeed, you will combine a sophisticated range of influencing styles, well honed business acumen, and robust ability to build excellent working relationships.

CIPD qualified, you will possess an outstanding theoretical knowledge of HR with the ability to implement HR initiatives that will result in tangible business benefit. A proven track record of success within a diverse, complex business is advantageous, whilst proven ability to lead and drive HR best practice through an HR team in a customer focused environment is essential. Whilst there will be business as usual Senior HRBP generalist HR activity, there will also be a great deal of project work including organisational change, performance management, reward, talent management (including EVP) and development initiatives.
