This senior HR generalist role represents a unique opportunity to join a well known international brand at a pivotal stage in their development. This senior HR role will work in synergy with the senior leadership team to drive and implement a commercial, value added HR strategy. Fostering a culture of high standards, you will provide effective leadership and motivation of an HR team in order to deliver a customer centric HR service, providing the very best outcomes for the organisation and employees.
This first class opportunity represents a full generalist senior HR role, with a key focus on driving industry leading, best practice HR procedures & processes, challenging current state to ensure continuous improvement and leading and developing projects that will support future organisational design. Additionally, there will be a focus on employee engagement supporting individuals to develop and maximise their potential and promoting a high performing culture.
A graduate & MCIPD qualified, the successful candidate will have a demonstrable track record of developing and implementing HR strategy and delivering operational excellence in HR within a multi-site, complex, fast moving commercial environment. A natural change agent & coach, you will possess a sophisticated range of communication, influencing & stakeholder management skills, and will be particularly adept at designing and implementing effective, commercial HR solutions that deliver tangible bottom line results. Experience of motivating and leading a team and managing and driving positive culture change to drive employee engagement is key.
