  • Develop creative concepts aligned to brand positioning, trends, cultural moments, and performance insights.
  • Create content designed to scale organically and transition effectively into paid media campaigns.
  • Manage and execute a consistent content calendar aligned to commercial priorities and campaigns.
  • Capture authentic behind-the-scenes content across events, athlete partnerships, activations, and shoots.
  • Work closely with Growth and Marketing teams to analyse performance data and optimise creative outputs.
  • Help shape and evolve the brand’s tone of voice and visual identity across all content touchpoints.
  • Build and maintain an organised library of content assets for wider marketing use.
  • Support rapid testing and iteration of creative across organic and paid channels.

Who We’re Looking For

  • 2–4 years’ experience in a content creation, videography, or social content role.
  • Experience working within D2C, fitness, food, lifestyle, or consumer brands would be highly advantageous.
  • Strong video production and editing skills across tools such as Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, or similar.
  • Deep understanding of what performs across TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and social-first platforms.
  • Ability to balance creativity with commercial thinking, producing content that delivers measurable results.
  • Experience creating content for paid social campaigns would be a strong advantage.
  • Proactive, highly organised, and comfortable operating within a fast-moving scale-up environment.
  • Strong eye for composition, storytelling, and brand aesthetics.
  • Comfortable working behind the camera and occasionally appearing in content when required.
