Resourcing Shared Service Manager – Greater Manchester – Upto £40,000 – Permanent
What is the role?
A pivotal role within the organisation, the Resourcing Shared Service Centre Manager will work in synergy with the wider HR team and key stakeholders to implement a ‘best in class’ Recruitment and Administration service across the organisation, UK wide.

North West based, with a UK wide presence, they are a well established service provider in a specialist industry. Highly fast paced in approach, and very responsive to market changes, they are now looking to drive improvements in service levels to both their internal and external customers
Tell me more about the role?
This is a fantastic opportunity to make an impact in a UK wide organisation. The role will involve leading a Shared Services team, focusing specifically on volume recruitment across the UK. There will be a key focus on transactional recruitment processes such as managing volume applications effectively through the recruitment cycle, setting KPIs and SLAs, managing the compliance process around right to work and referencing, and ensuring that you are focusing on continuous improvement, constantly striving for high standards and excellent performance.
In addition, this individual will work on projects including the talent attraction strategy, employer brand (in conjunction with the wider team) and particularly driving a data driven service, implementing robust systems which allow for accurate and informative reporting and MI.
You will also be the key link between the team and stakeholders across the organisation, therefore you will spend time out in the business educating managers on the service, and taking feedback.
What are they looking for?
A proven track record of team management within a shared services environment, preferably within a recruitment context. You will have an analytical mind, and be passionate about driving high performance through the application of metrics, systems and process. You will have previous team management experience, and will have solid knowledge of UK employment and recruitment legislation.
