We are looking for an experienced Internal Resourcer/Talent Acquisition Manager to join the People Team in a growing tech business.
This internal recruiter role will be working for a dynamic, tech business who are keen to grow and deliver a high-quality service to their clients. Working closely with key stakeholders and senior decision makers, the role will be tasked with delivering effective resourcing campaigns across the business.
Working within a vibrant culture, this recruitment role will involve covering the full recruitment cycle from resourcing and initial screening to candidate management, maintaining records in ATS and MI reporting. Utilising a range of contemporary attraction techniques to improve the direct fill ratio. Working with external agencies you will be managing third party relationships and PSL agreements, assessing current job descriptions, utilising a wide range of assessment tools and resourcing methodologies.
You will have proven in-house experience of delivering an effective resourcing /talent acquisition service. You will possess excellent influencing & communication skills. With strong stakeholder management you will have the ability to build off-site relationships. An understanding of the tech industry is desirable, however what is key is your drive and ability to deliver on resourcing campaigns.
