Resourcing Advisor – Liverpool – 12 month fixed term contract – upto £32,000 doe
This is a great opportunity to build on previous resourcing / recruitment experience within a large corporate business. Working as part of a wider HR and Resourcing team, you will focus on corporate / professional roles with a particular bias towards technology vacancies.
In this role you will have the opportunity to liaise with senior stakeholders and support them on a variety of recruitment campaigns. With a heavy focus on direct sourcing you will use both traditional and more cutting edge sourcing techniques to identify top talent for the organisation, and will then use a tailored approach to attract them to the business and opportunities within.
You will manage candidates through the selection process, ensuring the candidate experience is front of mind throughout, and that the employer brand is championed and presented transparently and openly.
Suitable candidates for this role will have previous experience within resourcing / recruitment,ideally within technology recruitment although this is not essential. You will have preferably recruited professional roles across a white collar population, and will be confident working with senior stakeholders in a fast paced and fluid environment. You will be competent with traditional sourcing techniques such as linked in recruiter and job boards, in addition to an interest in using the latest tools and helping to identify innovative routes to market.
We will consider candidates from an agency, in house or RPO background for this position. This role is a 12 month fixed term contract to cover maternity leave, therefore candidates will be able to start a new position in mid-end June.
