Reseller Account Manager
Location: Manchester
Salary: £50k to £55K DOE plus bonus
Full time: Permanent
Hybrid: 2-3 days in the office
We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Reseller Account Manager to join our client's team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and expanding a vital network of resellers across the UK and internationally. Operating within the key sectors of health, sport, and travel, you will nurture and develop existing partner accounts while also identifying and recruiting new resellers, primarily within health clinics and sports medicine organisations. Your goal will be to drive sales performance through the channel, provide exceptional commercial support, and solidify our client's position in their core markets.
The Role:
- Manage and grow relationships with existing and new resellers in the UK and overseas.
- Drive sales across health clinics, physiotherapy practices, sports medicine and travel partners.
- Develop and execute account strategies to achieve revenue and margin targets.
- Provide training and support to ensure resellers understand our client’s products and value.
- Collaborate on promotional campaigns, product launches and marketing initiatives.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and agreements with partners.
- Maintain accurate records, forecasts, and pipeline updates in CRM systems.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to shape strategy.
- Act as the primary contact for resellers, ensuring alignment with our client’s objectives.
- Resolve queries promptly, delivering excellent service.
- Report on sales performance and progress to senior management.
- Attend trade shows and industry events to build networks and generate leads.
- Provide structured feedback to internal teams for product and service development.
Who we are looking for:
- Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or equivalent experience.
- 3–5 years’ experience in account, channel, or reseller management, ideally within health, sports, or wellness sectors.
- Proven track record in building and growing reseller or distribution networks.
- International sales experience advantageous.
- Commercially astute, target-driven, and highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple accounts across markets.
- Skilled in influencing and motivating partners to achieve shared goals.
- Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
