Due to the growth of our client base, we’re looking for a specialist within E-Commerce Recruitment. We’re an award winning specialist in Digital and Marketing Recruitment working with some of the world’s largest and leading E-Commerce based brands and agencies. We’ve built a reputation for the highest levels of service with both candidates and clients over the last 9 years. We’re looking for a Recruitment Consultant to focus on E-Commerce Marketing positions across the North West. You’ll be working with existing clients from our Strategically vital clients and our historic business. You’ll be using these account as a spring board to earn commission from while you build your business.

What is the Opportunity
We have an excellent opportunity for a E-Commerce Recruitment Consultant to join our business and work on our existing accounts, using them as a springboard to earn commission from and build their business. You’ll be empowered to produce your own business plans and bespoke success standards – there’s no meaningless KPI’s and meetings here. You’ll work autonomously and be focussed on outcomes, rather than micromanaged to meaningless targets. You’ll focus predominantly on permanent recruitment but with occasional opportunities to secure short term assignments. For applicants with the ambition, drive and the success there will be considerable career development opportunities as the team grows.

What would we like to see from you?
– Ideally 12 months or more recruitment experience, with demonstrable success.
– Highly organised and tenacious with ability to prioritise tasks
– Very strong communication skills, an ability to influence and negotiate effectively
– A strong net worker, able to identify passive candidates (ideal but not critical from day 1)
– A confident business developer, able to sell in passive candidates to our clients
– A good team player, enjoys working autonomously using initiative
– A strong work ethic. Proactive and focused approach. Works at pace
– Confident and not phased by tasks outside your comfort zone, wants to push and learn
– Goal Orientated
– A good sense of humour and relaxed personality will ensure you fit into that team very well.
