An interim 6 month opportunity has arisen to undertake a recruiter role for a dynamic, tech business who are keen to grow & deliver a high quality to their clients. Working closely with key stakeholders and senior decision makers, the role will be tasked with delivering effective resourcing campaigns across the business.
Working within a vibrant culture, this recruitment role will involve:- resourcing roles from brief to fill, utilising a range of contemporary attraction techniques, managing third party relationships and PSL agreements, assessing current job descriptions, utilising a wide range of assessment tools and resourcing methodologies. In addition, there will be an opportunity to get involved with wider HR generalist work, and get involved with process improvement & strategic input for resourcing.
You will already have proven in house experience of delivering an effective resourcing service, and will possess highly honed influencing & communication skills; along with being a strong stakeholder manager. An understanding of the tech industry would be advantageous, however what is key is your robust ability to undertake a resourcing campaign.
