We’re looking for an experienced HR Manager to join a highly successful, award winning and growing business in Manchester.

As HR Manager, you’ll take ownership of the full employee lifecycle—supporting managers and employees while ensuring people processes run smoothly, efficiently, and with a human touch.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for HR support across the business
  • Manage the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding through to offboarding
  • Provide clear, confident guidance on employee relations matters
  • Coordinate key people processes including performance and salary reviews
  • Maintain and optimise the HR system (Workday), ensuring data accuracy
  • Partner with payroll to ensure timely and accurate processing
  • Oversee employee benefits and improve engagement with offerings
  • Support managers in identifying development needs
  • Promote learning initiatives and career progression opportunities
  • Support and champion DE&I initiatives
  • Encourage engagement with wider organisational programmes and networks
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes (agency and direct)
  • Provide support for the Manchester office, including supplier coordination


About You

  • Experienced HR generalist with strong knowledge of people operations
  • Confident managing employee relations and advising stakeholders
  • Passionate about developing people and fostering growth

  • Proven experience supporting recruitment processes
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
