Organisational Development Manager
OD Manager – Manchester – Permanent & Contract (both are available) – £40,000 – £48,000
This is a unique opportunity to join a high profile North West organisation, who are experiencing a vast amount of change, and are driving a hugely innovative OD and Talent agenda.
The responsibilities within this role will be varied, and you will ultimately own the design and implementation of key OD and L&D projects within the business. You will link in to various work streams including engagement, leadership development, change and talent management and will carry out a full review and redesign of areas such as appraisals and competency frameworks, in collaboration with the wider team, and key stakeholders in the organisation. You will also manage a team and will be as focused on their development as you are your own, and the wider organisation.
This role presents a great opportunity to be highly influential amongst a senior client group, and to truly effect change in a fantastic environment, that touches most areas of society in one way or another. This is a truly values driven organisation, and the OD strategy will fully reflect this, so they are looking for an individual who is passionate, innovative, and can demonstrate extensive OD experience, within a complex, highly matrixed organisation.
Ideally you will hold the full CIPD qualification, or equivalent, and you must have worked in an OD capacity, in a fast paced environment.
