With over 25 years of trading, our client has built a strong national presence and a growing portfolio of brands and products. But they’re not standing still. As they continue to expand and push into new areas, they’re looking for a Marketing Manager who can help drive that next phase of growth.


This is a full-time, permanent role sitting within their commercial function and playing a key role in shaping how they show up in the market. You’ll be at the centre of their marketing activity supporting brand development, driving lead generation, and helping translate business ambition into real, measurable results. It’s a broad, fast-moving role.


You’ll be managing and evolving output across multiple channels, working across different brands and product areas, and adapting quickly as priorities shift. They’re looking for someone who can think strategically but act decisively someone comfortable juggling multiple projects, making smart calls, and spotting opportunities to do things better.

What you will be Responsible for:

  • Bring marketing to life across the business planning, launching and optimising campaigns that keep us visible, relevant, and ahead of the curve
  • Help shape and evolve our client's social presence across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube spotting what works, jumping on trends, and continuously refining their content to drive engagement and growth
  • Act as the connector across teams, keeping projects moving, aligning priorities, and making sure great ideas don’t lose momentum
  • Create and refine compelling marketing materials across multiple formats, ensuring everything they put out is sharp, consistent, and on brand
  • Collaborate closely with teams across the business to make sure marketing activity supports wider goals and brings real commercial impact
  • Dive into performance data to understand what’s landing, what’s not, and where they can go bigger, better, and smarter
  • Take ownership of their digital channels, keeping them active, engaging, & aligned with our client's overall direction
  • Support the delivery of campaigns across both organic and paid channels, from initial idea through to execution and review
  • Play an active role in building and strengthening their brand, making sure everything they do looks and feels like “us”
  • Get stuck in wherever needed, this is a fast-moving business, and your role will evolve as they continue to grow



What Skills you will need:

  • You’ve got solid, hands-on marketing experience and understand how different channels come together to drive results, not just activity
  • You know your way around the full marketing mix from content and social to paid media, email, and brand and can flex your approach depending on what the business needs
  • You’re confident using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) and can jump in to create high-quality content when needed
  • You’ve got a good eye for visuals, whether that’s photography, video, or design and understand how to create content that stops the scroll
  • You can design clean, engaging assets for digital channels that feel on-brand and purpose-driven
  • You’re a strong writer who can adapt tone and style, whether it’s punchy social copy or more structured marketing content
  • You understand what makes a brand consistent and recognisable and you care about getting the details right
  • You’ve had exposure to Meta ads and understand the basics of building, running, and assessing campaigns
  • You’re comfortable in the world of social media and short-form content, with a feel for what engages audiences and why
  • You don’t just look at data, you use it. You can spot trends, draw insights, and turn them into smarter decisions
  • You’re organised, proactive, & able to juggle multiple projects without things slipping through the cracks
  • You’re a clear communicator who can work across teams, share ideas, and keep things moving forward
  • You pick up new tools and systems quickly, and aren’t fazed by learning on the fly
  • You take ownership of your work, adapt as priorities shift, and aren’t afraid to get stuck in
  • You’ve got a solid overall tech awareness and feel comfortable working across the tools that power modern marketing
