A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and passionate Junior HR Advisor to work within a fast-paced business (approx 200 people)

Reporting into the HR Manager, you will be the main point of contact for all things HR, in particular HR Systems, Software and Processes. We are searching for someone creative who has an interest in contemporary HR and the digital world. This will include managing ER cases, generalist operational day to day management and proactively getting involved with HR project work to help shape and build the HR function.

Candidates MUST have experience of managing their own ER cases to be considered for this role.
Responsibilities of the Junior HR Advisor:

*End to end recruitment: conducting interviews, job offers, liaising with managers and agencies, inductions.
*Managing employee relations cases inc. Performance Management, Disciplinaries, Grievances etc.
*Managing all HR documentation – new starters packs, appraisal forms, contract amendments, reference requests
*Carrying out leavers process ,including exit interviews
*Compliance issues: Health and Safety training, compliance courses, GDPR management
*Managing the HRIS
*Payroll assistance: informing payroll of changes, being a point of contact for employees
*Booking training courses and keeping a log of certificates
Project Work Opportunities:

About you:
– Strong HR experience either at Junior HR Advisor or HR Advisor level – in particular very strong IT Skills
– Ideally CIPD level 3 qualified (minimum)/undertaking the study
– Confident and experience of managing a variety of (face to face) ER casework
– High attention to detail and strong organisation skills
– Used to working in a fast-paced role
– Resilient and able to meet KPIS
– Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
– Customer centric approach and a ‘can do’ attitude
– Able to work in a fluid and changing environment
– Strong MS Excel and data skills
