Interim Senior HR Project Lead
What’s the job?
This role is an Interim HR Business Partner to join a well established business on an interim basis to head up a distinct project focusing on workforce planning. This change role is initially offered on a fixed term interim basis for a minimum of 9 months.
Who is the client?
This is a pacey commercial business set to increase their service offering. They are headed up by a strong board who have a very clear & robust strategic direction that will underpin business operations and enhance future performance.
What does the job look like?
Working within a talented HR team, this role will be focused on a specific workforce planning project ultimately to enhance how the business operates and ensuring excellent customer service.
As project lead, key to your success will be your ability to communicate clearly, influence effectively & work collaboratively with a number of stakeholders across the business. With a very keen eye for detail, you will keep the project on track and to deadline, & will have a clear line of sight of all the deliverables.
In short, your role will be responsible for improving future performance through increased productivity & better ways of working.
Who are they looking for?
You will be a highly commercial senior HR generalist with a clear passion & track record of delivering enhanced business performance through change programmes within fast paced businesses. Your expertise will span across workforce planning, resourcing, OD, development programmes & employee engagement. Additionally, you will have a clear understanding of either trade unions or large workforce groups.
Paramount to your success, will be your ability to effectively lead on a large HR project in a cohesive well organised manner.
