A superb Senior HR Manager opportunity has arisen to join a diverse & exciting organisation, which is undergoing significant growth and acquisition.
This organisation truly be described as a market leader with a range of interesting brands within their portfolio, and the ability to innovate. Due to ongoing commitment within the business and especially to HR, a senior HR Manager role has arisen to strengthen their dedicated team.
As a Senior HR Manager you will be an ambassador for the business providing advice and guidance across the full spectrum of generalist HR activities. You will be responsible for influencing and managing relationships with key stakeholders & utilising your extensive HR toolkit to ultimately deliver a highly proactive, professional HR service. Working in partnership, you will enable the business to deliver its goals through best practice HR initiatives, which will include succession planning, capability management and organisation design.
Graduate calibre & CIPD qualified, you will have had a proven track record of delivering a results focused HR service within a complex and challenging business environment, likely to be from within a manufacturing, logistics or engineering environment. Experience of working with trade unions is essential.
You will have a confident & credible approach to HR and will thrive on implementing pragmatic HR solutions, and embedding best practice ways of working. The organisation is currently undergoing a high level of change, and practical experience of managing change and coaching managers is key.
