Are you looking to make a real impact in your next role? We are looking for a HRBP to join this successful, high growth business on a fixed term basis. They are currently delivering a number of ongoing projects alongside a busy 12 months from a strategic people plan perspective, therefore this HRBP will provide invaluable support on both projects and BAU.

The role

You will be joining an established team of incredibly capable HR professionals, and while you'll provide extra support on ad-hoc projects where needed, you will also be aligned to a particular stakeholder and client group within the technology space, to provide consistency of support during a transition period.  

Expect a generalist workload such as supporting managers with performance and development cycles, succession planning and ER issues, along with supporting the people impact of large scale business wide projects - this could relate to workforce planning, upskilling and capability building and the shifts in culture that change and growth can bring.  

About you

We’re looking for someone with proven experience as a HR Business Partner and who;

✔ Has experience of complex, performance driven environments - preferably with a technology focused client group

✔ Is comfortable working at pace, and can quickly build relationships and embed into a new environment

✔ Has strong knowledge and working experience of UK employment law and HR best practice

✔ A strong communicator, able to independently build relationships with key stakeholders and network credibly and effectively

✔ Can commit to 6 month FTC
