About the Role

HR Business Partner

High Wycombe | Hybrid Working (3 days onsite)

Salary up to £70,000

Permanent

This is an opportunity to join a growing UK business operating within a technical, product-led environment that is evolving quickly and investing heavily in its future.

The organisation is entering an exciting new phase, including the launch of a new venture, creating genuine scope to shape the people agenda, influence culture, and build capability as the business scales.

Working closely with the Head of HR, you’ll play a visible and influential role in driving the wider people strategy — not simply delivering against it.

You’ll take ownership of the full employee lifecycle, helping to define and embed a compelling EVP while elevating standards and consistency across the organisation. There is meaningful transformation work ahead, including harmonising terms and conditions, embedding best practice, and supporting the business through a broader cultural evolution.

This role requires a commercially-minded HR professional who can operate as a true business partner: someone comfortable influencing senior stakeholders, navigating ambiguity, and leading through change with credibility and confidence.

You’ll also need to be comfortable working autonomously, acting as the primary HR presence onsite and building strong relationships across the business.

We’re looking for someone with strong HR experience, but more importantly, someone who knows how to drive a business forward — not just support it.

This is a permanent opportunity offering real scope to make an impact within a business that is ambitious, evolving, and open to change.
