We’re supporting a growth business services organisation, North West headquartered as they scale & grow. Circa 300 employees but in high growth, they are in a high change period – back to basics in a lot of ways and establishing their vision for the future.
Their HR team is in growth & currently re-shaping. Due to raising their profile positively within their business they now require an HR generalist to join them on an interim basis, probably 6 months to start with, and join them on their journey to implement a best practice HR department & deliver an added value HR service.
Fully generalist in nature, this HR business partner will appeal to a down to earth HR professional who knows their stuff. You won’t need to be hand held – you know what good looks like & you know to work successfully with sometimes resistant stakeholders. Taking a pragmatic approach & direction from the HRD, the role will encompass business as usual activity alongside some change related initiatives. The role will really suit an HR professional who has worked with businesses in transition particularly within a logistics, manufacturing or industrial based environment.
