HR Business Partner
This is a unique opportunity to make a difference within a truly values lead, UK services organisation with clear growth and development plans. They are seeking an HR Business Partner to collaborate with business leaders, and plan effective people strategies across a key business unit. As HR Business Partner, this role will work in synergy with a senior leadership team to drive and implement a value added HR strategy that supports profitable growth. You will be supported by strong HR colleagues who are highly skilled and motivated to deliver the best outcomes for the organisation and employees.
This first class opportunity represents a full generalist HR role, with a key focus on organisation development, resourcing, reward, development and employee relations. Additionally there will be a focus on talent and performance management, supporting individuals to develop and building employee engagement.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of partnering business leaders and developing HR plans, in addition to delivering operational excellence in HR. You will possess a sophisticated range of communication skills, excellent stakeholder management skills, and will be particularly adept at designing and implementing effective, commercial HR solutions. Experience of managing TUPE and driving positive culture change to drive employee engagement is essential.
