Head of Sales
A fantastic opportunity to lead a Sales team within a tech and software services organisation based in North Manchester. In this role you will lead, inspire and drive forward the efforts of 5 Senior sales / BD Managers and 5 junior sales staff.
In this tech and software focused business you will be responsible for defining and implementing the sales strategy, building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships, effective and inspirational management of the sales team and activities that exceed business plan objectives and driving change. The package consists of a generous basic and a team sales bonus scheme with on target earning at double but with uncapped potential.
– Define and deliver the overall sales strategy for all agreed product and service lines.
– Manage the Sales team to develop and up skill them to reach their full potential, providing feedback, coaching and developmental opportunities.
– Oversee and drive the sales team to increase performance by monitoring and providing statistical updates.
– Focus on the development of new business opportunities through traditional and non-traditional means.
– Create strategy and deliver a plan to develop, grow and maintain existing accounts.
– Develop and monitor sales KPI’s and proactively seek opportunities for continuous improvement to achieve higher performance.
– Provision of reports to relevant stakeholders.
