Head of Engagement and Leadership – Greater Manchester – £55,000 – £63,000 – Permanent
I am currently working with a large, complex and heavily matrixed organisation in Greater Manchester to recruit an exciting new position which will support the development of their organisational culture and strategy.
This role will hold accountability for a wide variety of projects designed to develop and enhance how they engage their staff and develop their leaders across multiple specialist areas. You will lead on the organisation wide engagement programmes, development and delivery of leadership and management development interventions, the embedding of a coaching offering, the development and delivery of a robust performance management process and the roll out of the staff survey.
You will work in partnership with stakeholders across both HR and the wider organisation to ensure interventions are effective, innovative and fit for purpose while linking into the wider organisational strategy.
The ideal candidate for this role will demonstrate substantial knowledge and experience within organisational development, leadership development and engagement, and will ideally be fully CIPD qualified or equivalent. It would also be highly beneficial to be able to demonstrate a background in Occupational Psychology.
