Head of Delivery

The Role….

Lead the agency’s capability across the delivery team. Ensuring we are set up to scale and grow according to project and client need. Our belief is that exceptional delivery is a core differentiator. You’ll be integral in evolving & implementing the delivery strategy & processes. The hygiene of the end to end life-cycle of all projects will rest in your control. As such; leadership, organisation, attention to detail, and personal skills are key.

Expectations A member of the management team, you’ll be expected to actively contribute to all things strategic. Support for new business will also be part of the role. Day to day you’ll be a key facilitator of ‘good project health’ - making sure stand-ups are run, weekly goals are set, and teams are communicating well - however it’s in your remit to be defining all of this.

You Are:
*Able to support & inspire consultant behaviours.
*Able to facilitate & live our values in all your behaviours.
*A believer in people, with an understanding of pastoral care.
*Experienced in prioritisation & trade-offs.
*Highly collaborative
*Experienced in design-driven solutions, agile delivery and team dynamics.
*Confident in setting up different solutions, processes, teams, dependant on the (cynefin) complexity of engagement.
*An enabler for continuing to invest in a studio environment that people love coming to every day.
You Have
*Prior leadership experience, building and driving the performance for a delivery team.
*Exceptional people skills with an ability to support, develop and retain teams.
*An adept ability to navigate difficult conversations, and are able to provide clear and constructive feedback.
*Experience working on a range of client portfolios.
*Experience building client relationships and are able to provide guidance, issue resolution and confidence.
*Insight on current tools and techniques related to digital product processes and ways of working.
