Employee Relations Advisor
Manchester – one day per week in the office

We’re looking for an experienced ER Advisor with extensive employee relations experience and the confidence and ability to provide advice and coaching to managers on a range of employee relations issues. There will be opportunity for progression within your role, and you’ll be supported by an engaging wider HR team.
In this key role, as Employee Relations Advisor you will work as part of a friendly, collaborative team, predominately focussing on employee relations casework which will include disciplinaries, up to and including dismissals. You'll provide advice and guidance to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices, and collaborate to develop and implement strategies for improving employee relations and engagement.
We are seeking a forward-thinking Employee Relations Advisor with strong employee relations experience, excellent employment law knowledge, well-developed business and personal judgement skills in resolving issues, and the ability to engage colleagues at all levels of the organisation.
The salary range is £36-£40,000 and the role is hybrid working with only one day per week required to be in the office.
For the top end of the salary range you'll be CIPD qualified and a highly experienced Employee Relations Advisor with extensive high volume case management experience.
