Digital Marketing Manager

A Digital Marketing Manager is required for a key B2B client based in Manchester. This is a great opportunity with a client who is enjoying enormous success in the business service sector. The key initial project would be the delivery of a brand new website.

The 2 month contract is to work with their existing team and web development agency to oversee the implementation of a new site. There is a possibility of temp to perm in this contract role. In this role you would be responsible for shaping, growing, implementing and managing all aspects of the digital marketing mix. To manage paid and organic media to achieve targets

Key responsibilities
– Oversee media planning and execution across digital channels
– Implementing, tracking and reporting on the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns / channel performance
– Lead the design, implementation and on-going measurement of the website
– Manage website to improve customer experience and customer satisfaction to increase conversion
– Manage the content management and development of all digital marketing channels
– Develop and implement an Ecrm strategy to nurture relationships with new and existing patients for retention, conversion, upsell/cross-sell opportunities. Implement testing, monitoring and reporting
– Ensure all brand messaging and design is consistent with offline
Agency Management: –
– Management of PPC agency to hit monthly targets and analyse campaigns
– Management of SEO agency to create and implement SEO strategy across content and link building ensuring best practice is adopted, reviewed and monitored
– Management of web development agency to ensure the continuous improvement of the website

Skills and Experience
– Project management skills and ability to deliver on time
– Experience in using CMS system and uploading data
– Experience of Email platforms to create / send / report
– Good knowledge of PPC and best practice SEO techniques
– Understanding of Google Analytics
– Analytical mind to analyse data and metrics and translate into actionable strategies
