Digital Content Coordinator

We are working with a well-established, public sector organisation based in Skelmersdale who are on the lookout for a talented Content Coordinator to join their Communications team.

Due to a recent period of success, they are now growing their social offering and are looking to hire someone on an initially – part-time basis to support the content/creative team.

As Content Coordinator you will be responsible for writing creative, engaging content across multiple channels.

What will be your main responsibilities?

1. To assist in the editorial content of the website.
2. To work with the Web Champions to update their editorial content and accessibility.
3. To support the delivery of the agreed annual Digital Communications Plan and related campaigns across the website and social media sites (Facebook and Twitter)
4. To provide support on website content issues based on best practice.

This role has a particular focus on Umbraco and Hootsuite so any experience in either would be highly advantageous!
