Business Development and Marketing Advisor | Professional Services | London
My client is a high profile professional services firm who have a reputation for innovation and exceptional client service. They are looking to recruit a key role in their Client development team to develop and implement strategic business plans to increase the quality and effectiveness of BD & marketing campaigns . This is a full mix business development and marketing role where you will have the autonomy to achieve the business development objectives that support the firm’s international growth
-To act as the first point of contact for business development support requests for the London practice teams.
-Work with the London practice areas to influence and advise them on their BD activities and client development opportunities. Leading on planning and development of core messaging as well as tactical support of divisional campaigns.
-Work with the Marketing Communications team to ensure BD and marketing plans and initiatives are delivered in a planned, professional and proactive way.
-Proactively track and target revenue and client relationships through analysing financial, matter and relationship data. Present trends and findings to the Insurance Division team leaders on a quarterly basis.
The successful candidate will ideally have:
-A professional services marketing and Business development background
-A good understanding of the insurance industry
-Strong project management and planning skills
-Strong research, effective business writing and communications skills
-Able to operate in a strategic and pragmatic way to gain trusted adviser status with partners and internal stakeholders
