This is a high-ownership, hands-on role for a commercially astute and creative leader. You will be responsible for defining the long-term strategy while simultaneously leading the day-to-day execution of all go-to-market plans, product lifecycle, and trading activity. We are looking for a data-driven, design-led innovator ready to build a brand and deliver profitable growth.

The Role:

  • Take full P&L ownership for the brand, setting all financial targets, pricing strategy, and commercial KPIs.
  • Develop and execute the annual brand plan, defining clear objectives for marketing, innovation, and commercial performance.
  • Define, own, and evolve the complete brand identity, positioning, and creative direction, ensuring global consistency (UK, US, Canada).
  • Lead the full product lifecycle, from range planning, trend identification, and new launches to sunsetting strategies.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive Go-to-Market (GTM) plans for all new products and collaborations.
  • Plan and deliver the annual marketing calendar, briefing and coordinating central teams (CRM, paid media, PR) and overseeing influencer/TikTok strategies.
  • Lead content direction, approving all creative assets to ensure they align with brand values.
  • Drive digital and channel performance, monitoring KPIs for the brand website (Conversion, AOV) and Amazon (ROAS, ACOS).
  • Track marketing ROI and budget efficiency, collaborating with Finance and Operations to manage costs, margins, and stock levels.
  • Analyse performance dashboards and partner with the insights team to identify growth levers and optimise SKU performance.
  • Act as the primary internal brand owner, leading cross-functional collaboration with Finance, Supply Chain, and Sales.
  • Lead quarterly brand reviews, presenting trading results, analysis, and key learnings to stakeholders.

Who we are looking for:

  • 5-8 years of consumer brand management experience, ideally from a Home Interiors, DTC or FMCG background.
  • A proven track record of managing a full brand P&L and delivering growth across digital and retail channels.
  • Experience in the home, interiors, or lifestyle sector is strongly preferred.
  • Deep expertise in the digital marketing ecosystem, including paid media, CRM, and influencer activity.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate data and commercial insights into actionable brand and trading decisions.
  • Experience in briefing creative teams and managing the end-to-end content production process.
