Interim Bid Manager 12 month FTC |Professional Services/Real Estate
My client is a high profile Property consultancy looking to add additional support to an established and successful central Bid function. They are looking to recruit an experienced Bid Manager to manage, support and produce creative, strategic, solution based bid proposals. Working closely with the Head of Business Development you will lead in all bidding and pitching activity for the UK business, working closely with Senior Stakeholders to produce exceptional submissions.You will project manage large complex bid opportunities, from kick-off to appointment to the client delivery team. The successful candidate will be innovative and delivery focused driving the bid process to develop and implement creative ideas which offer compelling client solutions.
*Lead and manage in all aspects of bid creation, management and submission.
*Manage the creation of proposals and presentations.
*Support Senior stakeholders in bid/no bid decisions by assisting in qualifying the bid opportunity
*Development of creative bid solutions to ensure a compelling structure and bespoke response
*Chair kick off meetings for entire bid team concentrating on bid strategy
*Write of Executive Summaries which contain key win themes and detailed bid strategy
*Create, write and develop client presentations
*Provide pitch presentation coaching during rehearsals prior to tender presentations
*Conduct post-pitch debriefs with key stakeholders and wider pitch teams
The successful candidate will have :
*5+ years demonstrable experience of working in a bid management and writing environment
*Experience of professional services
*Ability to manage a developing team
*Proven experience in winning complex, major bids
