Bid Executive | Professional Services | Manchester 12 month FTC
We are looking to recruit an exceptional Bid Executive for this high profile Professional Services firm. You will help support strategic pitches, bids and tender projects that deliver successful responses effectively and efficiently. The aim is to work closely with the team to embed, coordinate and project manage bids, proposals, pitches and tenders that maximise the return on the firm’s time and investment. This will involve researching as well as responding to incoming invitations.
The Bids Executive would be part of the Bid Management team. Reporting to Senior Bid Manager the Bid Co-ordinator will be focused on helping to prepare sales documents, tenders, bids, pitches and presentations supporting national opportunities with a focus on supporting opportunities in the North.
Provide bid co-ordination and management support in the creation of compelling sales documents and presentations. This includes the development of win strategy, persuasive writing, reviewing and editing bid content, managing designers / external suppliers / consultants.
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
*Educated to degree level
*Experience providing bid support or sales co-ordination background
*A keen interest or knowledge of design/print production is advantageous
*1- 2 years experience of working in a bid management / business development environment
*Understanding of a broad range of competitive tendering and sales processes
any exposure to real estate/property/ construction or professional services highly beneficial although not essential
