We’re building an Agency team focusing on Client Services and Creative Recruitment, built on our existing clients. We’re looking for a consultant to help us grow our agency team, particularly within Client Services. What is the Opportunity
We have an excellent opportunity for a Client Services Recruitment Consultant. This desk would suit someone who is working within a client services market outside of Digital & Marketing, but also solution sales, Business Development or other market where by personal relationships and assessing softer skills are key. We partner with established clients, that we’ve been working with for over 10years. We count the owners of many of the agencies in the North west as our key clients that we partner with in order to help them build their teams. You’ll be empowered to produce your own business plans and bespoke success standards – there’s no meaningless KPI’s and meetings here. You’ll focus predominantly on permanent recruitment but with occasional opportunities to secure short term assignments. For applicants with the ambition, drive and the success there will be considerable career development opportunities as the team grows.

What would we like to see from you?
– Ideally 12 months or more recruitment experience, with demonstrable success.
– Experience in client services / business development / solutions sales recruitment
– Highly organised and tenacious with ability to prioritise tasks
– Very strong communication skills, an ability to influence and negotiate effectively
– A strong net worker, able to identify passive candidates (ideal but not critical from day 1)
– A confident business developer, able to sell in passive candidates to our clients
– A good team player, enjoys working autonomously using initiative
– A strong work ethic. Proactive and focused approach. Works at pace
– Confident and not phased by tasks outside your comfort zone, wants to push and learn
– Goal Orientated
– A good sense of humour and relaxed personality will ensure you fit into that team very well.
