I began my career as a Recruiter over 5 years ago. I remember my
first day like it was my first day at school. I quickly settled in
and found myself playing the juggling game we will all be so
familiar in playing.
Rather than juggling university lectures, coursework and a
social life, I found myself juggling 'people' with specific
requirements and expectations. I found myself in the 'hot seat'
managing a whole new concept and at times I will admit I found it
rather hard!
5 years on the demands have not changed, in fact they have
increased considerably. As we are all very much aware times have
been hard, opportunities scarce and patience levels heightened.
These irrepressible demands have increased my drive - made me
step up to the challenge. They push me to want to be a success - a
success in helping people develop professionally, a success in
contributing to a quality workforce and to become a
successful consultant.
There is no better feeling than being thanked for your hard work
- by candidates and clients.
I would now like to say my very own thank you, to Adam, for
welcoming me to the family. The past 3 months have been a great
opportunity, albeit demanding… Here's to many more successful
years!
