I've been in the industry for a long time by recruitment standards - 20 years in fact! I worked across loads of sectors including commerce, professional services, financial services and engineering before landing in marketing recruitment. I've recruited at every level, from grads right through to board roles.

Previously I've successfully leading multi vacancy recruitment projects including an 80 vacancy project for a large financial services company in Ireland, a 20 vacancy project for an engineering consultancy in the UAE and most recently, a 12 vacancy project for a pharma company in West Yorkshire. Overhauling a team and enabling change are my specialities.

I have a holistic approach to recruitment. Not just in delivery, but also in giving a first rate candidate and client experience.

I fell into recruitment years ago when I applied & got a graduate trainee role straight after University. From my first week in recruitment I loved everything about the job: the candidates, the clients, the challenge of it all and of course the rewards. Recruitment is not for everyone but it has it moments, meeting some amazing people and helping to transform lives.

I love travelling and visiting new places. Some of my most memorable experiences include a walk in the snow in Red Square (Moscow), swimming with dolphins in Bermuda, taking a helicopter trip over Dubai and surviving a 5.5 earthquake in the Republic of Georgia.
